Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
If the return is due to a change of mind (i.e., the customer simply no longer wants the item), a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (beauty products, skincare)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be in unused, unworn condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Clearance Products
All sales for clearance and Mystery items are final. They cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refunds issued do not include shipping or tax costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at fulfillment@chlonestarpromo.com. We will address the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
